You must know the Name of the person making the Will, date of execution before the Sub-Registrar of the area, if possible number of registration also. you can apply for the certified copy of the Will from the Sub-Registrar concerned.

If you know the name of the testator and the date of the will, then conduct an inspection at the registrar's office having jurisdiction over the residential area of the testator.
