Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My company does not have an HR department, only and HR administrator (secretary). Who do I go to about being harassed by my boss when there isn't any HR department and my bosses boss is the same way and covers for my boss on everything? I feel like I am stuck. Any suggestions you can provide would be wonderful.
