Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
Company I work for paid relocation expenses to relocate me here in the US. The repayment agreement stated that I would be obligated to repay relocation expenses if I should voluntarily terminate my employment with Company Inc. I decided that I did not want to be in the new location and asked if I could go back. They said yes, and released be to apply to different internal postings in the original location, but I would have to repay. However, I am not terminating my employment with the company. I am only changing locations. Can they legally make me repay the relocation expenses?
