Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
My friend and I are forming an LLC to operate in a building setup for video game tournaments with cash payouts to winners and casual play at any time for a fee at the door. We also plan to sell prepackaged snacks and concessions. Can anyone help us out by letting us know what permits and licenses we need? Also what zoning would we need to be able to listen to moderate volume and stay open late? Would minors winning cash from tournaments be gambling? Thanks in advance.

You're in over your head. You need a lawyer for everything and this will take big money to get started. You probably will not be permitted to conduct gambling for prizes or money. Find something more sensible to do.
