Legal Question in Business Law in Indiana
I was terminated from my employer for attendance after 28 years with no warnings on my record. Their policy clearly states there are 2 written warnings before termination. Do I have a case fore wrongful termination?

Indiana is an at will state. Your employer can fire you any time for no reason. That's what the people of Indiana voted for.
