Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
Exploitation Laws
While in a relationship, I took some personal (nude) photos and during the break-up my ex-boyfriend took them. I want to know if there are any laws that will protect me from being exploited and what steps can I take to protect myself...

Re: Exploitation Laws
Not actually a civil rights question, but I there are penalties for misappropriating the image of another. As I recall, the thing needs to be done for profit.
Hard to really say what can be done in the abstract. There might be a claim for invasion of privacy and for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Those both depend on facts that are not in existence.
