Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
a little girl found a stone that she sells to a jeweler for a dollar. the stone turns out to be a $10,000 diamond. the little girl tendered back her one dollar, but the jeweler refused to return the stone. can the little girl through her parents sue the jeweler?

If the little girl is not 18, she cannot validly enter into a contract for the sale of the stone.
