Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Indiana
supervisor/employee confidentiality
My supervisor was mad because I was going through some anxiety and could not come in on an off day and work, and told my fellow coworkers, that I was ''bipolar''(which I'm not) and that I should just take a valium and come to work. Is this legal?
