Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Automotive sale
Last febuary I sold a truck to a guy, I made out a bill for 2000 and he was making payments to me. I noted this on the bill and we both signed, he needed a vehicle then so I gave him the title too. He never titled it under his name, and he stopped payments. When I asked him about it he gave me the run around, and we finally settled on I would give back the 450 he gave me and I would get the truck back. Now he says he wants a 1000 and that he fixed some of the drive line which I did before I sold to him, all I want is the truck or the 1550. what can I do thank you

Re: Automotive sale
I would suggest filing a claim in Small Claims Court since your claim is under $6000.00
Once you receive judgment you can then do a replevin to get the vehicle back.
