Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Failed business
I have a contract loan for payments to a used auto company that has went under. Now the owner wants only money orders sent to his living address wrote out personally to him. Many people have told me this does not sound legal and I was looking for some advice.

you may send the money orders and you are specifically instructed to mention that for what purpose you are making payments and under what head and keepup all the receipts for a minimum period of 5 (staututory period 3) years so as it can be used for evidence in emergency cases.
