A young man of 22 was operated for acute catarrhal appendix at 8pm on one day 12hours later he developed right basal pneumonitis of a very virulent nature he went intopulmonary failureand acute respiratory distress syndrome treated in icu with incubaton oxyzen cortzon vasopressors plasma expanders and died at 10.30 pm due to multi organ failure case filed as death due to appendectomy and not ards

Please contact a good lawyer and a doctor for getting proper advice. It seems it is a very good case under consumer protection act for medical negligency.
