Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I have a question, i was selling a motorcycle through craigslist and here what is supposedly happening, 2 guys emailed me wanting the bike one from chicago one from alabama, i offered it to both of them the one responded from alabama and will be out on sunday to close the deal the other one is upset and says he will sue me for breach of contract if this is the case what contract did i have with the guy from chicago? does he have any way that he can do this to me

The issue is not whether he can sue, it is whether he can sue and win. Without more details of exactly what was said in the communication between each of you and the craigslist posting, I cannot give you an opinion one way or the other. You might want to read te Craigslist rules and agreement. There may be something there that covers this situation.
