Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
Swindled funds
My church was in building mode and trying to obtain funds. The finder service asked for $20,000 first and then $200,000 for insurance bond. We still do not have the loan or the $220,000 and it has been a year now. What should we do?

Re: Swindled funds
Better consult with a local attorney quickly as to what part, if any, of these funds may still be somehow salvaged.
