Legal Question in Consumer Law in Indiana
I am considering taking yoga classes. The place I wasconsidering has a contract that must be signed. I am hesitant because it says by signing I will \"release the instructors/owners from all liability for injuries, damages...and agree not to sue them for any reason whether or not injury, etc. is caused by their negligence.\" Is this standard language for yoga instructors. This business is rated as the best in my area, I am hesitant to sign such a statement.
