Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

if credit card company cancells all credit cards ,are finance chages still appl

Maybe you can he;p me PLEASE as i dont know who to ask

i have tried calling my Credit card co. but get nothing but busy singal or sorry were closed call back during normall buss hrs

My problem is this FCNB my cc company has canceled all visa & master card accounts they say for bussiness reasons has no refelation on my or any of the holder `s individal credit behavior .

My question is are we sill required to pay the high monthly intrest fee`s of close to $35.00 a month on top of what we pay towards reducing the debet of what .please check for me and thanks

So long as there remains an unpaid balance, that will need to be paid.
