Daughter defauled on Car lein,father primary borrower

My 21 yr old daughter has defaulted on a 10,000 dollar car loan and has let insurance lapse.The father is primary borrower and insurance also in his name.Father had to make back debts,now wants to regain possesion of said vehicle.Daughter will not let father know where car ia hidden.Know only where she works.

I assume you mean that father paid the arrears before the car was repossessed? However, you are unclear about whose name is on the title.

About the best I can suggest is go into your local small claims court and file a replevin action for the car.
