I live in a mobile home that my motherinlaw co signed for and am having trouble paying for if we were to move out could they do anything to her she is retired now or would the sue my husband and me?

If she co-signed, the creditor can come after all of you or might elect to pursue just you and your husband. However, that would not be the likely scenario if the matter goes to court. Usually, the creditor will name everyone in the lawsuit.
