Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Class D felony
My son is 19 an was arrested on 13 counts of theft. They found 1 item in his possion. He is already on probation. What kind of sentence can he get out of these charges?

6 months in jail on each proved misdemeanor count, a year or longer each if charged as felonies. Sounds like time to hire an attorney, doesn't it? Contact me if interested in doing it right.
