Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
fraud
my son forged my name to a credit report without my permission. what actions can take against this? i was unaware of the situation until after i signed the contract and did not know that i had 3 days to cancel it. if i had know i would have cancelled the contract right then and there please help in assisting me in this matter.

Well, you or the lender can have him arrested and have probation make restitution part of his sentence.
Just remember that once arrested (for forgery), your son will have a very difficult time getting a job for the rest of his life.
