Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If someone gives you a ride and you not knowing drugs were in the car and the driver of the car tells the officer someone else might have left it but since she didn't own up to it the person in the back gets the charge cause they were in the back how can they be charged if the drugs wasn't found on them, How to you handle that situation .

How to handle it? Tell this to your lawyer; get a public defender if you cannot afford to hire your own attorney. You got charged because of the drugs and the driver's story. That doesn't mean you will lose necessarily, but that is why you have been accused.
