Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If someone has warrants for 4 months then is arrested for them warrants is it legal for police to add 3 separate charges

The legality of separate charges has to do whether probable cause exists to support those charges. It has nothing to do with filing of previous warrants on other charges.
