Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My daughter just married on this past weekend and found out that he is still married to his ex and the ex filed for divorce on Monday.

What happens now?

Your daughter goes and talks to a lawyer about the fact her husband just committed the crime of bigamy, and lied to her about his marital status. (Yes, he knew he was still married, because he never had any evidence of a divorce). Then she decides what to do after that meeting.
