Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
My daughter (18) recently moved out of her father's house, he was not happy about it. He changed the locks on the home so she could not return to pick up the remainder of her belongings which he has informed her are now his. Some of these things were purchased for her by him, some by other people, and some she purchased herself. Can he legally keep these things from her? Also, which the new healthcare regulations, does he still have to allow her to stay on his health insurance? (She is a college student who works part time, no benefits)

Can he legally keep these things from her? No
(Under the AHCA), does he still have to allow her to stay on his health insurance? No, though the dissolution court may have authority to order it even after 19.
