Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
my husband get social security disability and gets a check for his son. When he divorced his x-wife they agreed upon splitting the check for the son. Now she makes a lot more money than he does. Is there any way this can be changed so she gets less

Why would your husband think it OK for his son to have less financial support for his child? You should have him take the facts himself to an attorney to see what support would be, but typically all money that is from SS for a parent's disability goes to the benefit of that child.
