Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can I ask a judge for father to have life insurance? He is in his 50's and I would like to have a trust fund for college expenses should he pass away. Thanks

Yes, you may and it may be granted. There may be a compromise whcih allows for you to insure him.
