Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

building on my last question..if the ex affair is going thru a divorse, and has not disclosed the affair to her husband, and isnt going to disclose this during their divorse but is willing to call my spouse and tell her of the affair is their something I can do that may enlighten her husband while the divorse is going thru? Isnt Indiana a state where adultrey can have reprocussions during a divorse?

An affair will usually have no repercussions in a divorce. Indiana is not a fault based divorce state. If you tell her husband dont you think that doing so increases the chances of the affair becoming public and your wife becoming enlightened?
