Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Minor children need an attorney

2 year long custody battle. Children have guardian who has not spoken or seen children in almost 2 years. Can the children hire an attorney to represent them since the court system has lost site of the main issue which is what is in the best interest of the children

Why dont you ask this of your attorney, he or she is in the best position to know all of the facts and to be able to guid you.
