Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Overseas military dad needs help

I'm in the military stationed in Panama. I will be returning to the US in September. My son is having real problems with my ex. She is a practicing Jehovah's Witness and has been putting pressure on him to go to her church. He doesn't want to. I have been overseas most of my career and haven't had too much time with the boy. I feel as though I'm being cheated on all aspects of being with him including visitation and support. She is not using my support money on him. She wants him out by Memorial day. any ideas?

Re: Overseas military dad needs help

First of all I would like to know how old your son is. Would you like to have your son with you? Does your son desire to be with you? Unfortunately, based on the facts given I am unable to evaluate your case. Please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Melody Stickel-Martinez, Esq. (954) 437-5968

Re: Overseas military dad needs help

Although I've read your sad tale, I fail to understand what it is that YOU want. How old is your son? Where is your son residing? Do you want your son to be with you? There are so many more questions, but none can be answered until I know what you desire and then receipt of answers to the above questions. I regret that no meaningful reply can be provided at this time.
