Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Is there an alternative to a restraining order? My life is not being threatened, but it causes me major anxiety, stress, and emotional hardship to be around a certain 18 yr old girl who had an affair with my husband. She switched fitness facilities in order to be around my husband, and she refuses to go elsewhere. My husband and I met at the facility, we have been using it for many years, and our children are comfortable with the staff in the playroom there. She has caused major problems in our family, and it haunts myseld and my children. We just want our lives to go back to normal as much as possible. Please help me! I have already spoken to the facility manager, and they have to have a legal document before they can ask her to switch to a different location.

There really isn't a viable alternative to the restraining order. Perhaps you should address the situation head-on. Either have a good intentioned meeting with the girl, make peace, and see if she might not respond to a polite request not to frequent that facility. Otherwise, you should consider using a different facility yourself.
