Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

After canceling my harmony profile a woman saw my profile they kept online and figured out where I worked and contacted me through my work email. She said this sounds kind of stalker like but I saw you on harmony and attempted communication and figured out that I was no longer active despite harmony insisting that I was. Months went by and she was persistent in meeting me so we met. Within a short time she insisted we be engaged by Christmas after only a year or so and she encouraged me to sell both my homes and move in with her and sink money into her home and help with her mortgage. She didn't tell me she had herpes and infected me and insisted it was no big deal and forget about it. She tried to get me to buy a house in Florida for her and to have as a winter or retirement home. After getting frustrated with me not selling my homes she broke up with me. At that time she threatened to ruin me financially and in any way she could so I placed a protective order that was dropped after a month and then she forged my name as the seller on my dogs pedigree she stole from me and sent it across state lines and is suing me in civil court for my own dog, tires she put on her credit card so I could drive her and her kids to Florida to see relatives, and a cell phone cancellation that she had for me in her name that I actually had no problem paying. She is determined to ruin my credit I was so proud of with a judgement on record to spite me. I continued the court date to supena the admission to the forgery and gather more time to defend myself properly. What recourse should I take?

Unfortunately, your situation is far too complex for this forum. I suggest that you contact a local attorney to discuss what you can do.

You need to have competent legal representation. This isn't a do-it-yourself project.
