Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My grandfather is in the hospital with renal failure. His wife of 27 years is his POA. She has taken it upon herself to tell HIS children, not hers, that they are no longer welcome at the hospital. Do we as his family have any rights??

Unfortunately, none that I know of. However, if your father is competent, he can override the POA.
