Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
What do we do if the guy we are going back to court with, came to our home & stole the subpeona that the officer left in our door..& also stole the copy that comes via mail, along with a bill & letters from my doctor? Also, the Judge ordered a criminal trespass on this man when the judge ruled in our favor on the last court hearing.. we know it was him b/c he was going around bragging to our neighbors that he stole the subpeona from our doorstep & how he stole our mail.. please help!

Report it to the police and give them the names of the witnesses who heard him admit to the crime.
