Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

my husband has been divorced from his ex wife for 8 years the truck he drives is still in his ex's name and they never got the title put into his name. his ex past away and has no other family we need to know how do we go about getting the title changed into my husbands name??? help

The answer will depend on the Ex's estate and the divorce decree, but typically this can be done with an Affidavit to Transfer. See I.C. 29-1-8-1 and/or contact an attorney for the forms.

An attorney will have to help you because it takes looking into the old divorce and the decedent's estate, if any. Then, it can be determined what paperwork is necessary.
