Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My husband will be malicious prosecution suit, if he wins, we are looking at about a 3 million dollar loss on a property , 400,000 in legal fees, plus damages to his business, reputation, and loss of income over the past three years from the never ending litigation. Since he will try to hide any settlement from me, my question is this, should I also be named in this suit as a plaintiff and what portion of any settlement would I be legally entitled to claim
