Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I was molested at my daycare for a span of 6-7 years, about 18 years ago, by the owner's son. He is now a policeman running his own karate school for children and it disgusts me to think he MAY still be doing things like this and I never did anything. Can I still file a civil suit against him and/or the daycare for negligence? I've suffered tremendously emotionally and psychologically. I suffer from depression, anxiety and panic, alcoholism, addiction, self mutilation, and multiple suicide attempts. I'm just coming to realize how big of a part this abuse is playing in my life

Definitely go see a lawyer immediately in your area. The Statute of Limitations may have run, but perhaps not. Depends on a lot of facts. I have a paper that I will send you if you email me that discusses the statute of limitations in Indiana for your kind of case.
