Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

If i went to a retail store and was buying a item and included in the sale was a free item,but i was having trouble with the free item and the superviser came over and said " he wants this free item becuz he prob could afford it.

this was rude of her saying this? is this ok?

Are you asking if it was rude? Yes. Are you asking if there is any legal remedy for rude people? There is not.
