Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

I have a temporary protective order against my husband and have a hearing that was scheduled but got a subpeana from his attorney wanting bank statement, pics, or any information I plan to use at the hearing. I don't have legal aid yet so I filed for a continuence. I got the continuence. Do I still abide by the date on the subpeana?

You are required to respond to the subpoena unless you are relieved from doing so by court order.
