Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
I filled out the I-130 for my sister (I am a US Citizen) in Feb, 2002. At that time she was (she still is) married with one child. Now she has two more children and her case was approved by the immigration and was forwarded to the NVC (July, 2009). Do I need to add her two other children to the petition? How?
Thank you.

You can add her children and a husband whenever her Pirority date is current (it will be several more years) by notifying the NVC. An approval by the USCIS is an initial step. After that, you have to wait for the priority date for her country of birth to become current. The NVC will notify you when it's time to pay the visa and Affidavit of support fees.
