You could seek to annul (in Washington, it is not called an annulment, but rather is referred to as a Declaration Regarding the Validity of the Marriage) your marriage on the basis of fraud, but that would require that your foreign spouse admit the fraud, which is unlikely, and proving it would be impossibly difficult.
That leaves you with a dissolution of your marriage (divorce), and if you have been married for less than two years, then unless your spouse qualifies under an abuse exception, or can prove that they entered the marriage in good faith, the odds are that your spouse will lose their green card and have to return home.
Also, keep in mind, that when you sponsored your spouse for a green card, you probably signed an Affidavit of Support, in which you guarantee that if your spouse receives any government assistance for the lesser of 40 quarters or until they spouse is naturalized, you will reimburse the government for such benefits conferred upon your spouse.
I hope this helps.
