Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
if i live in usa more then 10 years illegal can i apply for anything to become legal? and i enter legal
1 Answer from Attorneys
Generally, the answer would be no. There could be some exceptions depending on your family/martal situation, close relatives who are US citizens and can petition for you (or petitioned for you), whether you are in removal proceedings and can qualify for cancellation, or if you ever applied for some benefits with INS/USCIS, etc.
I suggest, you consult a qualified immigration attorney directly for advice.
