i m illegal here on c1d visa .i m working at the restaurant as a chef and i have a partnership too which is not on papers .i m looking for any possibility if i can get through a sponsorship thruogh a restaurant.and if yes how long it gonna take

Sorry, it seems that you are out of options. Since you came to USA on C1D visa and overstayed, no employer or business can petition you for adjustment of status/green card.
