Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
I have petitioned for my husband to receive residency in the U.S. He has gone to his appointment in Cuidad Juarez. His waiver was denied due to not enough hardship evidence. What can I do now for my husband to be able to come back to the U.S.?Thanks!

Did you have an attorney assisting you with a Waiver application? Hardship waiver requires showing an "extreme hardship" to you, a US citizen spouse, in order to be approved.
Without an approved waiver, his immigrant visa cannot be approved, and he may have to spend many years in Mexico (depending on his inadmissibility grounds).
You can either appeal, or file a new waiver application (with new evidence of extreme hardship and prepared by a qualified immigration lawyer).
