You do not have to sign a non-compete to get your final paycheck. If it is not paid on the next regular payday faollowing your separation, the employer will be subject to penalties. You can file a complaint with the Indiana Dept. of Labor for assistance.

You do not need to sign the non-compete to get your pay check. Depending on the amount (over $600) the Dept. of Labor will ask you to get an attorney. You may have to file in small claims court. You should check with an attorney.
