Bullying by boss

Was injured at work and now fear of loosing my job. Constant hatefull

treatment by boss.

It is illegal in the state of Indiana to fire an employee because he has been injured on the job and filed for workers compensation. Unfortunately, the law has not developed to the point where it protects injured employees from being harassed to the point that they quit. If you hang in there, and force your employer to fire you (if that is their intent), you may have a claim for wrongful discharge.

You need to speak with your Work Comp lawyer immediately about this, and if you don't have one, you need one. Your employer's actions are unlawful if they are designed to make you quit. You really do need to speak with a lawyer about it.
