Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

Harassment in the work place

Can I be written up for having an inappropriate tone in my voice and accused of being confrontational to co-workers? No problems with job performance, just I am constantly being told I am argumentative. All of this is job related, nothing on a pesonal level. What rights do I have? I am female working working mainly with men. It is causing me stress because I don't know when my supervisor will say my tone is inappropriate again.

If you are being judged and perceived differently because you are a woman, you very well may have a claim for sex discrimination. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
