Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
I am an independent contractor and work for a firm as a marriage and family therapist. I have not signed a contract in almost 2 years and my contract date is up every year (in Dec), however the contract reads that it "renews automatically each year". I would like to re-negotiate my contract but am unsure of my rights. My goal is to ask for more money for the services I provide. Is this reasonable with the contract terms written the way they are?
