the pressure doing a job that physical hurts

i had injury that ate my sick time and they take off the and then back on that job and makes feel bad of myself and and recently i confessed to my doctor i was feeling depressed basicly it comes from work. i have work for this company for 32 years and theres no 30 year and out there. i need to know my rights.
