Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

wrongfull termination

I was fired for ''stealing company hours''. I was told my breaks were too long but I was always interupted 5 minutes into my break to go do something. When I was finished with the task I would finish my break. They also wanted me to sign a paper that I agreed with their reasoning of termination. I didn't sign the paper. What recouse can I take?
