New Landlord wants to evict?
The home we are in was just sold. The new owner wants to move in. We were on a mth to mth basis with the old landlord. Is the new owner our new landlord and does he have to give us a 30 day notice to move?

Yes the new owner is your new landlord. Depending on state law, usually the landlord has to give you 30 days notice since you on a month-to-month lease.
