Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana
Indiana Medical Malpractice, Pro se filing
I have been through the Medical Panel Hearing on my own. I was unsuccessful in finding an atty to handle my Malpractice case. The Medical panel all found against me. I was told I have 90 days in INdiana to re-file ''Pro se''. Is this true. also, I'd like to find an attorney to take it forward.
